You’ll need this code when you originally open the app for the purpose to connect your account to your health information. How To Get Texas Health MyChart Activation Code

Step 1: You must be a total new user to the Texas Health MyChart service, getting a new activation code is solely for new customers only. Old or former active customers or patients cannot get a new code since their account is already activated.

Step 2: if you are new user, you may proceed to request for a new activation code by using the MyChart Sign Up option.

Step 3: While on the Sign Up page, this is where you get to create an absolute new account which grants you access to the MyChart portal. Registration and getting a new code is totally free of charge, no hidden cost.

Step 4: Now proceed to fill the registration form and submit your application. Then click on Request Online to get a one-time new activation code which will be used to get your MyChart account activated.

NOTE : No, your activation code is not your MyChart ID or password. You will use this code only once to log into MyChart for the first time. (The code will expire after you have used it or after 45 days). When you log into MyChart for the first time, you will then be asked to create your own unique MyChart ID and password.
